Infamous 2, Pinball Hall of Fame what's new and used in video games this week
Infamous 2 (Sony) brings the return of a superhero named Cole, who used to be a bike messenger. In this sandbox/open world game, Cole is a superpowered parkour athlete who travels to a city called New Marais, featuring a post-Katrina New Orleans area. You get to keep all the powers Cole earned in the first "Infamous, " plus you get new strengths.
Your primary mission is to hunt down a villain named the Beast, as prophesied in the first "Infamous." This is a karma game. You can choose to be really mean or really nice. If you play as nice Cole, you can restart the game from scratch and play as mean Cole. The game, released this past Tuesday, retails for $60 for PS 3. It's rated "T" for blood, drug reference, language, sexual themes, use of alcohol and violence.
