Boston investor buys Flower Mound industrial complex
A Boston-based real estate investor has purchased an industrial complex north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Colony Realty Partners bought the four-building, 478,000-square-foot Corporate Ridge complex from Champion Partners.
The 4-year-old business park is located in Flower Mound at 1200 Lakeside Parkway, near State Highway 121. Tenants in the project include FUNimation Entertainment, Thermo Tek and Crestron Electronics.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP negotiated the sale of the properties. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Colony Realty Partners is a private real estate investment trust that represents institutional and wealthy investors. It manages a portfolio of properties valued at more than $4 billion.
The company already has apartment and industrial buildings in the Dallas area.
Randy Baird, Jud Clements and Robby Rieke of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler negotiated its latest purchase.
