No funds to lure Black visitors
The president of the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) presented its 2011/2012 budget to the Halifax Area Advertising Authority (HAAA) at a meeting on Monday. The budget includes decreasing the amount of funds spent on advertising in the area through the media and recommends up to a 3 percent merit raise for employees.
